Carmen White has served as the North Carolina Area Manager since November 2018. She was commissioned in the United States Air Force as a Personnel Officer where she led various personnel sections and served as Commandant of Cadets at NC A&T State University. Those experiences made her transition into the Human Resources field the perfect fit. Carmen has served in various capacities and is currently the owner of an HR Consulting Firm, Perfect Pens Workforce Solutions and Publishing Company, LLC. This specialized work experience allows her to give customized up-to-date coaching to all of her clients entering the civilian workforce. Working at Hire Heroes USA is her dream job and has earned the stamp of approval from her son as the best place she has ever worked.
Richard Huntington
Transition Specialist @Hire Heroes USA
Richard Huntington is a Transition Specialist with the North Carolina Team at Hire Heroes USA where he brings 3 years of corporate recruiting experience. He served as a part of Human Intelligence for 7.5 years while in the Army where he worked overseas in both South Korea and Afghanistan. Since separating from service in 2017, he spent the last 3 years in staffing as a Recruiter focused on the IT and Clinical Research industries where Richard was able to assist numerous job seekers in finding the best-fit opportunity for them. Most recently, he moved into the non-profit sector where he can directly impact the lives of Service Members, Veterans, and Military Spouses daily. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family; his wife Brooke, his 8-year-old daughter, and his 4-year-old son.
